Practice Concentration and Experience: Ms. Gasper, the newest addition to Liles Parker, joins us after working as
contracted counsel at the Washington DC firm, Hunton & Williams. At Liles
Parker, she handles a wide range of matters, including qui tam work,
Medicare audits and fraud defense, corporate work and compliance issues. She
works closely with both managing members in reviewing relevant case
documents, preparing written briefs for submission to the appropriate courts
and developing and articulating arguments for our most complex matters.
Prior to working at Liles Parker, Ms. Gasper worked at a variety of large
Washington DC area firms, where
she managed attorney review of large scale SEC
cases and assisted in research and analysis of applicable case law and
precedents in a number of important matters involving the SEC.
Ms. Gasper enhanced her legal expertise by working as an intern and fellow
for many top entities around DC. She interned at the
United States Department of the Treasury, writing summary judgments on
employment discrimination suits and intellectual property rights cases, and
held a fellowship at the District of Columbia Office of Administrative
Hearings, where she was responsible for writing court orders for a wide
range of subjects, including tax and revenue, zoning and consumer and
regulatory affairs. In addition, Ms. Gasper worked under Justices at the
Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where she was responsible for
drafting orders and memoranda for a wide variety of cases.
