Gunnar hails from Rochester, New York (Webster), and attended Binghamton University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and obtained a BA in political science with minors in history and geography (environmental resource management). Since Gunnar’s family moved to the Nashville area in March of 2020, Gunnar has been calling Nashville home.

Gunnar is a current third year law student at William & Mary Law School where he has developed a passion for health law and policy. As a student at William & Mary Law School Gunnar serves as Article Editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review. Gunnar is also a Student Admissions Ambassador for the Law School’s office of admission, which is a role where Gunnar engages with students interested in attending the law school by hosting various events and attending recruiting events, in addition to helping direct admitted student orientations.

Gunnar hopes to practice in the health law space upon graduation and is interested in living in the heart of health law regulation—D.C.

B.A. Political Science, with minors in History and Geography from Binghamton University in 2019
