Practice Concentration and Experience:

Michael Tobin practices in the area of health care regulatory compliance. Mr. Tobin has experience with auditing claims, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act issues. Mr. Tobin also assists providers with identifying deficiencies, improving their documentation, and creating and implementing effective compliance plans.

Mr. Tobin attended Stetson University College of Law where Mr. Tobin graduated cum laude with a concentration in business. In law school, Mr. Tobin maintained leadership positions with the Stetson Business Law Review. Mr. Tobin is also an active member of the Sports Lawyers Association.
